A Malaysia-based startup approached Weiblocks to build an AI companion app that goes beyond typical chatbots. While most AI companions lose context, forget conversations, and feel robotic, MAI AI was designed to form genuine connections. The AI companion market is growing rapidly, but existing solutions share common problems: Context Loss, Robotic Interactions, and One-Dimensional Characters.
